About this file

This is a pricing schedule appendix for tree maintenance services contracted through the Hawaii Department of Education (HIDOE) for multiple school districts across Oahu, Hawaii, and Maui islands. The document establishes pricing Group E for the western region of Hawaii and outlines the cost structure for tree maintenance activities including pruning, removal, stump grinding, and related arboricultural services across selected schools and administrative offices operated by HIDOE. The pricing framework covers service delivery across Oahu's select districts, Hawaii districts III and IV, and all five districts on Maui, with line-item pricing detailed for various tree maintenance tasks and emergency response protocols.

The pricing schedule specifies unit costs and rate structures for contracted tree maintenance work, organized by service category and geographic location within Group E. The document establishes the financial terms under which the selected contractor will provide ongoing maintenance services, with pricing applicable to both routine scheduled work and emergency response situations. This appendix forms part of the larger solicitation package and establishes the financial parameters against which all qualifying bids for this regional group will be evaluated, ensuring transparent and standardized pricing across the HIDOE's tree maintenance service procurement for the designated islands and districts.
