Summary of RFP D26-039 Pricing Appendix - Group A Oahu Leeward

This is a pricing schedule appendix for a Request for Proposals (RFP D26-039) issued by the Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) for tree maintenance services across selected districts on Oahu, Hawaii, and Maui. The document outlines three service categories for the Oahu Leeward District: routine annual maintenance covering 46 school and office sites with a total of 3,485 trees; banyan pest treatment services for Ficus species trees categorized by trunk diameter ranging from 6.01 inches to greater than 108 inches; and additional services for emergency, urgent, and normal priority work including pruning, stump removal, and tree and stump removal, also categorized by trunk diameter. Emergency priority work must be completed within 24 hours, while urgent priority work requires completion within 3 to 5 business days. The file does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder conference information.

All unit prices are required to be all-inclusive of direct and indirect costs, materials, labor, equipment, permits, passes, incidental fees, administrative expenses, subcontracted services, and applicable taxes including Hawaii's General Excise Tax (GET). Offerors must provide pricing for routine annual maintenance on a per-site basis and weighted unit prices for banyan pest treatment and additional services based on tree trunk diameter categories. The estimated quantities for banyan pest treatment and additional services are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not represent guaranteed work volumes. Any blank unit prices will be interpreted as services provided at zero cost to the state.
