| Total Evaluated Price Worksheet Instructions: |
| 1. Input Offeror's Name (Name of Company) in Cell B4 of worksheet #1 (Basic Contract TEP). |
| 2. Offeror shall provide fully burdened labor rates in in worksheet #2 (Detailed Pricing Breakdown) |
| 3. The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) Worksheet is for evaluation purposes only and may or may not reflect actual expeditures on any subsequent task orders. Additionally, Basic Contract TEP Worksheet will auto-populate from data provided in worksheet #2 (Detailed Pricing Breakdown). |
4. The rates in detailed pricing breakdown worksheet will become the firm fixed price rates used for task orders throughout the life of the contract. 5. Data is not seperately priced within the solicitation. 6. Travel is set by the Government and should not be changed by the offeror. 7. Offeror shall complete worksheets #3 and #4 utlizing data from worksheet #2. Offeror shall propose the skill mix determined necessary to adequately meet the requirements of task orders 0001 and 0002 respectively. 8. Offeror is fully responsible for ensureing all formulas are correct.
