About this file
This document contains a template for an evaluation of professional compensation plans as an attachment to a solicitation. The template instructs offerors to provide base labor rates, fringe rates, and total compensation rates for proposed professional labor categories. Offerors must map their labor categories to the performance work statement requirements and provide supporting data from surveys. Sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics are recommended for supporting proposed compensation. Unrealistically low salaries could impair an offeror's ability to attract competent staff. The related solicitation seeks advisory and assistance services including technical, programmatic, acquisition, expert panel, analyses, engineering, logistical, and consultation support on a task order basis for the Air Force Technical Applications Center. The sole-source contract aims to provide responsive, flexible, innovative and cost effective support services across all AFTAC mission areas.
