About this file
This document contains a professional compensation plan model template for a federal contract opportunity. The template requires offerors to provide base labor rates and fringe rates for each proposed professional labor category that corresponds to the government's FAR 52.222-46 professional categories listed in column A. Offerors must map their own labor categories to the government categories in column F and support proposed compensation rates with recent surveys or studies from reputable sources. The template cautions that unrealistically low professional salaries may impair an offeror's ability to attract qualified personnel and be viewed as a failure to understand contract complexity.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number FA7022-20-R-0003 for Speed of Relevancy Technical Assistance for AFTAC Systems & Technologies (SORTA FAST).
