About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) for RFP 25 8399, which solicits Emergency Response Safety Assessment Support Services. The RFP has identified three apparent awardees: Black & Veatch Corporation, KCI Technologies, Inc., and Leidos Engineering, LLC. The notice indicates that these firms have been selected as potential contract recipients for the referenced solicitation, though the final award is contingent upon successful contract negotiations and execution.

OUC reserves the right to revoke the award, contract with the next highest-ranked supplier, or withdraw the RFP entirely. All correspondence regarding the award should be directed to Dom P. Sotero, Senior Buyer in Supply Chain Management, via dsotero@ouc.com. The notice is dated September 16, 2025, and encourages all participating firms to continue pursuing future opportunities with OUC.
