About this file

This document is an E-Verify Flow-Down Requirements Certification for the Department of Energy solicitation RFP24-026R seeking offers for prime and paint interior walls and floors. The certification requires any offeror that will subcontract over $3,000 of commercial or non-commercial services or construction work within the United States to flow down the provisions of FAR clause 52.222-54 to lower-tier subcontractors, ensuring compliance with E-Verify requirements. Offerors must provide proof of E-Verify enrollment for qualifying subcontractors within 10 days of subcontract award by submitting copies of subcontractor Edit Company Profile pages. If no subcontracting is anticipated, offerors must inform the contracting officer and submit E-Verify compliance documentation if subcontracting over $3,000 subsequently occurs.
