About this file
This document outlines payment procedures for a federal construction subcontract. The subcontractor must submit a schedule of values listing all work activities with unit costs and values. Applications for payment can be submitted monthly and must include invoices, payroll records, quality control documents, as-built drawings, and waste reports. Each application requires certification that all subcontractor and supplier payments from prior applications have been made. Subcontract modifications must be incorporated into an updated schedule of values and construction schedule to track additional work.
