About this file

RFP Attachment Summary

This is an attachment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the City of Austin, Texas, seeking an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution for the Austin Water Department. The spreadsheet contains detailed bidder conference attendee information and documentation from the mandatory pre-proposal bidders conference. The RFP seeks a qualified solution provider to evaluate, implement, and support a modern, scalable, cloud-based system that will replace and consolidate Austin Water's existing asset management platforms. The solution must improve asset reliability, streamline operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making across both horizontal and vertical infrastructure assets. The file documents conference attendance, participant organizations, and contact information for entities engaged in the procurement process, serving as an official record of stakeholder participation in the pre-bid meeting.

The attachment provides administrative documentation essential for transparency and communication during the procurement phase. The bidders conference attendee list establishes a baseline of organizations that received critical project information and the opportunity to ask clarifying questions about project requirements. This documentation ensures all interested parties had equal access to information and establishes accountability in the competitive procurement process. The list serves as verification that organizations were properly notified and informed of the opportunity, project scope, and evaluation criteria prior to proposal submission.
