About this file

The document provided is a Question and Answer dated April 25, 2023, related to Request for Proposal S-10000-00005295. The question seeks clarification on the minimum qualifications, specifically whether a Domestic Violence Service Agency (DVSA) that already serves a culturally specific population can apply for funding to expand those services. The answer confirms that a DVSA agency already serving a culturally specific population is eligible to apply for these funds to expand their services for the identified culturally specific population.

The related state and local contract opportunity is the Survivor Investment Partnership, which involves Marion County and the City of Salem, Oregon. The contract appears to provide funding for DVSA agencies to expand services for culturally specific populations.
