About this file

This document is an Application and Certification for the Survivor Investment Partnership (SIP) grant opportunity offered by the Oregon Department of Human Services. The SIP grant is intended to improve or expand services to domestic violence and sexual assault (DVSA) survivors, especially those from historically underserved populations, and help DVSA survivors attain self-sufficiency and prevent them from returning to abusive situations. Applicants must demonstrate their ability to provide culturally responsive services and their plan to spend the requested funding by June 30, 2024. The grant will be awarded to new DVSA service providers or those expanding services to culturally specific populations not currently served.

The application requires applicants to provide summaries on various aspects of their proposed services, including their ability to target underserved populations, provide culturally responsive services, and use the grant funding to improve or expand DVSA survivor services. Applicants must also certify that they are not in violation of any tax laws, are not on any exclusion lists, and do not have any conflicts of interest. The grant will be awarded to organizations serving DVSA survivors in the Marion County and Salem City jurisdictions in Oregon.
