About this file

This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) addendum for Request for Proposal S-10000-00012342, issued by the State of Oregon, specifically for the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Self-Sufficiency Programs. The Q&A addresses a specific question regarding proposal attachments, clarifying that only the attachments specified in Section 3.2 of the Request for Proposal are acceptable, and any additional unsolicited attachments will not be reviewed by the evaluation committee.

The associated contract opportunity is for Refugee Health Promotion Services, aimed at promoting health and well-being for refugees and Federal Office of Refugee Resettlement eligible populations. The services will focus on increasing health literacy, coordinating healthcare, and organizing wellness groups. While specific details about pricing, contract term, and funding sources are not fully elaborated in this Q&A document, the core purpose is to provide comprehensive health support services to refugee populations in Oregon.
