About this file
This is a contract value guarantee document that establishes the financial parameters for grounds maintenance services at the Los Angeles National Cemetery under solicitation number 36C78626R50110 (S208), issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration. The contract specifies a guaranteed minimum aggregate value of $10,000.00 for the life of the contract and a maximum aggregate value not to exceed $9,500,000.00, inclusive of a base year plus four one-year ordering periods.
The Government does not guarantee that orders will exceed the minimum amount, meaning actual contract utilization may be substantially lower than the maximum specified value. This structure is typical for indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts or blanket purchase agreements where the Government establishes spending limits but reserves the right to order quantities based on operational needs.
