About this file
This document is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) that details the key performance objectives and acceptable quality levels for a Strategic Advisor Support (SAS) Services contract. The PRS outlines 8 performance objectives, including providing 100% of the required Full Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel within 30 days of contract award or vacancy, continuously staffing the specified key personnel, providing acquisition support and strategic advice within 5 calendar days, delivering timely and accurate services, fostering a partnering relationship, communicating status and issues, and completing Monthly Performance Progress Reports. The acceptable quality level for most performance objectives is 99% compliance. The surveillance method is either 100% inspection or random sampling.
This PRS is attached to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the SAS Services contract, which is a non-personal service requirement for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The RFP seeks proposals for FTE positions in the labor categories of Strategic Advisor Support, Multi-Sourcing Integration (MSI) Acquisition Advisor, and Senior MSI Acquisition Advisor. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, "C" type contract. Proposals are due on September 5, 2024 by 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
