About this file
This document is an Exhibit F Deliverables Schedule that outlines the required deliverables, frequency, format, and submission requirements for a federal contract opportunity. The key deliverables include a Trip Report, DHA CAC Request Process, DHA Training, Monthly Performance Progress Report, and Required Documents. The deliverables are to be submitted throughout the life of the contract to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The Monthly Performance Progress Report (MPPR) is to be submitted monthly and measure the contractor's price and schedule performance. This Exhibit F supports the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Strategic Advisor Support (SAS) Services contract opportunity, a non-personal service requirement for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to provide strategic advisory support services in the labor categories of Strategic Advisor Support, Multi-Sourcing Integration (MSI) Acquisition Advisor, and Senior MSI Acquisition Advisor.
