The maximum pool downtime is three days, with a bid submission deadline of January 30, 2025, and an anticipated contract award date of February 18, 2025.
The total bid prices for this project ranged from $127,255.00 to $204,855.81, with C.F. Construction Inc being selected at a bid price of $149,879.35. Bidders were required to submit a 5% bid bond, insurance certificates, drug-free workplace certification, and conflict of interest statements.
