About this file
The Non-Debarment or Suspension Certification is a document issued by the Kenton County Airport Board for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, specifically related to the ARFF Station #1 (South) Refurbishment - Phase 4 project. The project involves a pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 10:00 am at ARFF South Station #1 in Hebron, Kentucky. Potential bidders must submit questions by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, with answers to be posted by 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Bid submissions are due by Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm, with no bids accepted after that time unless an addendum is issued by the Kenton County Airport Board.
The certification document requires bidders to affirm they are not debarred, suspended, or excluded from federal transactions, have not been convicted of fraud or criminal offenses in public transactions within the past three years, are not currently indicted, and have not had public transactions terminated for cause. Bidders must certify these statements under penalty of perjury in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with the understanding that false information may result in criminal prosecution or administrative sanctions. The document provides a mechanism for bidders to note exceptions, which will be considered in determining contractor responsibility, and requires the bidder to contact the sponsor to discuss any noted exceptions prior to contract award.
