The project involves a pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 10:00 am at the ARFF South Station #1 located at 2100 Tower Drive in Hebron, Kentucky. Potential bidders must submit questions by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, with answers to be posted by 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Bid submissions are due by Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm, with no bids accepted after that time unless an addendum is issued by KCAB.

The certification document primarily focuses on ensuring that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be used to influence federal agency personnel, Congress members, or their employees in connection with the contract. Bidders must certify under penalty of perjury that they have not engaged in lobbying activities and must disclose any non-federal funds used for such purposes. Failure to comply with the certification requirements may result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The document also requires that the certification language be included in all lower-tier subcontracts exceeding $100,000, with subrecipients required to certify and disclose accordingly.
