The enclosed ALICE DRFP, NNJ16556087R, contains the Government’s requirements, applicable terms and conditions, and detailed proposal instructions. The purpose of the DRFP is to inform interested vendors about the requirements and to solicit input about the terms, conditions, and requirements.
ALICE will be procured as a total Small Business set-aside and has been assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $32.5 million.
