About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a design/build project to repair Fleet Recreation Centers at NAVSTA Everett and NAVBASE Kitsap in Washington state. Amendment 0003 updates the solicitation by adding a pre-proposal conference call details for 12 June 2025 at 2:30pm CST (call-in number: +1 858-980-0000, Conference ID: 235 143 715#) and replaces the entire Section C Scope of Work with a revised version.
The project involves comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety repairs to two Fleet Recreation Centers. The NAVSTA Everett facility is a 5,184 square foot modular structure, while the NAVBASE Kitsap facility is a 5,560 square foot concrete structure. Project magnitudes are $1,800,000 to $2,260,000 for Everett and $3,800,000 to $4,220,000 for Kitsap, with proposals exceeding these amounts potentially being deemed unacceptable. The design/build contract requires creating more functional, efficient spaces to accommodate sailors, including updates to food service, dining, laundry, entertainment, and training areas.
