About this file

This document is an Amendment (Number 0001) to Solicitation NAVMWR-25-R-0013 for repairing Fleet Recreation Centers at NAVBASE Kitsap and NAVSTA Everett in Washington state. The amendment modifies two key sections: removing a restriction on prime contractors and replacing the site information section with detailed infrastructure requirements. The updated site information includes specifications for topographic surveys, utility connections, stormwater management, electrical service, fire protection standards, and Wi-Fi infrastructure installation.

The amendment provides comprehensive technical guidance for contractors, including requirements for soils investigation, utility locating, water and sewer connections, electrical transformers, fire protection per NFPA standards, and wireless internet infrastructure. Contractors must coordinate site investigation activities with installation personnel, make final electrical and water connections under Public Works oversight, and ensure compliance with various technical and safety standards for the recreation center repair project.
