About this file

This file is a detailed Labor Hours Spreadsheet for a Base Operations Support (BOS) Services contract for Naval Station Mayport and Marine Corps Support Facility - Blount Island, providing comprehensive cost estimation and labor hour calculations across multiple service categories. The spreadsheet breaks down labor hours, material costs, equipment costs, and maintenance requirements for diverse functional areas including Port Operations, Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial Services, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Swimming Pools, Grounds Maintenance, Utilities Management, Electrical, Wastewater, Steam, Water, Base Support Vehicles and Equipment, and Environmental Services.

The document provides granular cost calculations using references like UFC 3-701-01, RS Means CostWorks databases, and specific wage determinations, with overhead rates around 12%, G&A at 6%, and profit margins at 6%. Labor hour estimations are based on historical contract pricing, specific service order types (emergency, urgent, routine), and detailed maintenance programs for equipment like boilers, unfired pressure vessels, vertical transportation equipment, and lighting systems. The spreadsheet includes extensive inventories of equipment across multiple facilities, with specific labor hour and material cost allocations for maintenance, inspection, testing, and certification of various systems and infrastructure components.
