1. Sources Sought Notice, N62742GDSCC
a. The requirement states that the construction company must have an FCL. While we do not hold an FCL, our JV partner does. If we pursue this opportunity as a joint venture, would their FCL satisfy the requirement?
b. Additionally, what percentage of the JV must be held by the FCL holder for compliance?
ANSWER:
a. See Section 01 14 00.00 14, Construction Security Plan
b. See Section 01 14 00.00 14, Construction Security Plan
2. Are you going to publish the names of the Primes that responded to the draft or will share those companies?
ANSWER: No.
3. It appears this is construction only, so is NAVFAC planning to utilize their present communication equipment to fill the new command center, or will they look to procure separately?
ANSWER: Communication equipment is not part this requirement. The equipment will be procured separately by MDA with a contract that NAVFAC does not execute.
4. My team members have their DBIS for Naval Base Guam but do not have it for AAFB. In this case, do we need to fill out the Base Access Affidavit?
ANSWER: Yes.
5. Is it possible to get a camera access pass for AAFB for this site visit?
ANSWER: A camera access pass is not required. Taking pictures of the site is allowed at the site visit.
