About this file

This document provides answers to questions regarding solicitation number N62742-21-R-1313 for a construction project at Marine Corps Base Guam. The solicitation seeks proposals to complete FY21 MCON Project P-803 for the construction of an Individual Combat Skills Training facility at Finegayan, Guam. A request to extend the bid closing date by four weeks was denied and the closing date remains unchanged. Offerors must have a current Basic NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment completed and posted to the Supplier Performance Risk Assessment system prior to award as this is a requirement. The assessment must be no more than three years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation. For offerors who have not yet completed an assessment, conducting and submitting a Basic Assessment is required to meet this pre-award requirement.

The document provides clarification on two questions received regarding the requirements for a current NIST assessment. It confirms the assessment is mandatory for award of the construction contract.
