About this file

This document provides specifications and drawings for a federal solicitation seeking construction services. The solicitation involves construction of a missile maintenance complex at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam, including alterations to an existing building to support preloading of rotary launchers, improving roadways to support loaded munitions trailers, constructing a powered munitions trailer maintenance facility, and building two new earth-covered magazines to store standoff weapons and pre-loaded common strategic rotary launchers. The solicitation was issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific on September 14, 2020 as solicitation number N6274220R1334. Responses were due by October 29, 2020. The estimated cost of the work is between $25 million and $100 million. The contractor must begin work within 15 days of award and complete all work within 730 calendar days of the notice to proceed.
