About this file
This document is a Contracts Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a One 100MT Mobile Boat Hoist contract with the contract number N62470-25-R-0019, issued by the Navy Crane Center (NAVCRANECEN) at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. The CDRL details 25 specific data items that the contractor must submit throughout the project lifecycle, including design packages, test procedures, certifications, shipping plans, and documentation. Each data item has precise submission requirements, such as timing (e.g., minimum 25 business days prior to self-test), review periods, and mandatory inclusion of crane serial number, contract number, CDRL number, and Contract Line Item (CLIN) number.
The document specifies detailed government review processes for each submission, typically involving 10 business days for initial review and subsequent 5-business-day review periods for resubmissions. Multiple government entities are involved in the review, including NAVCRANECEN and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek (JEBLC). Critical submission items require government approval at various project stages, such as prior to crane shipment, crane acceptance, or installation. The CDRL emphasizes consistent documentation standards, requiring submissions in British System units, English language, and specific electronic formats, with a focus on comprehensive technical documentation and certification of crane components and systems.
