About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a One 100MT Mobile Boat Hoist contract (Solicitation Number N62470-24-R-8005) issued by the Navy Crane Center, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVCRANECEN) located in Virginia Beach, VA. The CDRL outlines 32 specific data items that the contractor must submit throughout the contract lifecycle, including design packages, test procedures, certifications, training documentation, and shipping plans. Each data item has detailed submission requirements, including specific timelines for submission (ranging from 10-25 business days prior to various milestones), review periods, and mandatory electronic or physical documentation formats.
Key submission requirements include providing documents such as an Accident Prevention Plan, MBH Re-assembly Plan, wire rope and shackle certifications, computer documentation, control system inventory, EPA emissions certification, and a shipping plan. Most submissions require government approval before critical contract stages like shop testing, crane shipment, or crane acceptance. The documents must include specific identifiers like crane serial number, contract number, CDRL number, and CLIN number. The government review periods are typically 5-10 business days, with the contractor required to make any necessary resubmissions promptly if initial submissions do not meet requirements.
