Demolish the existing underground primary service, pad-mounted transformer and secondary service and provide a new underground primary service, pad-mounted transformer and secondary building service.

The site electrical utility system consists of all power from the existing distribution system point of connection including all connections, accessories and devices as necessary and required for a complete and usable system. This section covers installations up to within 5 feet (1.5 meters) of new (or existing) building location.

The existing underground primary system in the area of the facility is scheduled for upgrade/replacement. Multiple tie-ins may be required to accommodate existing and new circuit placement. Point of connection of the electrical is proposed in the area of the existing manhole.

The point of connection to for the underground communication system to the building is from manhole C-113 and will remain.

GENERAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Connect to the existing 12.47kV, three phase, four wire, 60 Hertz electrical power system. The connection point must be underground at Manhole 113 and extended to the project site underground in ductbank to a Pad Mounted Transformer. A temporary tap or connection can be made at manhole 113, but must be removed once the existing pad mounted transformer is removed.

The available fault current at the point of connection must be assumed to be an infinite bus.
