DEFINITIONS AND ACRONYMS
Title Description
Accounting The manipulation of inventory, receipt, and issuance data to portray an accurate record of daily events regarding the purchase and sale of products, the adjustment of inventories, and the capture of information in the form of manual records and computer files.

A product that fails to meet one or more of the physical, chemical, or performance requirements of the specification.
Operator Maintenance
Work accomplished during routine inspections, other than PM, and system use and operation. Operator maintenance includes, but is not limited to, work such as the replacement of ground wires, plugs, clips, seals, O-rings, the lubrication of components, the tightening of nuts, bolts, and screws to prevent leakage and to stabilize equipment, corrosion control, and spot painting. Operator maintenance is normally limited to actions taken by system operators using common hand tools.
Preventive Maintenance
Periodic or cyclical inspections and servicing designed to preserve and maintain facilities, equipment, and apparatus in such a condition that they may be effectively used for their intended purpose. Preventive maintenance will normally be limited to those actions that can be taken by qualified system operators using common hand tools and specialized tools or instruments as may be prescribed by a specific PM procedure.
Quality Product that is tested and verified to conform with all physical, chemical, and performance requirements identified in applicable specifications.

REFERENCES, INSTRUCTIONS, AND DIRECTIVES
The Contractor shall adhere to the applicable portions of the current edition the following publications and directives in performing the services required under this contract. This list shall not be considered all-inclusive and does not release the Contractor from all obligations that must be fulfilled in the observance and execution of this contract.
When U.S., European and/or Spanish directives, instructions and industry standards are applicable to the work to be performed under this contract, the most stringent directives, instructions and industry standards shall govern.

HISTORICAL DATA OF CRYOGENIC REQUIREMENTS
Notes: Cryogenic services historical data is intended to provide information relative to probable customer use for pricing purposes. The number of services used by any individual customer is not limited to the number displayed in the chart and can be adjusted by a contract modification as per Annex 2, Spec Item 2.14.3 Inventory Data Quantity Variation.
