About this file
This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for the design-build construction of a military construction project at Naval Base Kitsap in Puget Sound, Washington. The project involves constructing new electrical substations and altering dry dock and pier electrical distribution systems to prevent flooding and improve nuclear ship power. The estimated total contract value is between $25 million and $100 million. The North American Industry Classification Standard code is 237130 and the annual size standard is $39.5 million. The solicitation uses lowest-priced technically acceptable source selection and seeks a firm-fixed-price construction contract with the Navy as the awarding agency. The proposal due date is not extended by this amendment. Revised drawings and as-built documents are provided for reference.
