About this file

This is Amendment 0003 to Solicitation N40085-26-R-9028 for flooring repairs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, issued by NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic on April 21, 2026. The amendment addresses five requests for information received from prospective contractors and clarifies scope requirements without extending the proposal submission deadline.

The key scope clarifications are: (1) Building 24 flooring repairs now include both connected rooms 209 and 210, not just room 210 as originally specified; (2) Building 1011 is omitted entirely from the project scope due to floor covering already having been replaced; (3) tenants are responsible for moving computers and personal items, with all associated work to be coordinated with each building's point of contact; (4) contractors are responsible for moving furniture while tenants move personal items; and (5) no special scheduling, night work, or weekend work is required. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to proposal submission, with failure to do so potentially resulting in proposal rejection.
