This spec section indicates roof, wall and liner panel to be 24 gauge exposed fastener PBR panels. This would create an issue as you cannot provide the requested weathertight warranty for the roof with an exposed fastener roof panel. Would the government prefer an exposed fastener roof panel without weathertight warranty or change it to a standing seam roof panel w/weathertight warranty?
Provide standing seam roof in lieu of exposed fastener system. Provide roof warranty as specified.

The plans S-101 note 8 indicates the equipment mezzanine columns to be provided by the PEMB manufacturer. Sheet S-505 indicates the mezzanine supported by steel columns with masonry walls with bond beams placed between the columns.
The plan provides perimeter beam size (12” ) and joist size (C12 x 3.5), but not the column size. Framing plan B2 on S-505 also indicates structural sections A2/sheet S-401 and C3/sheet S-
401. The drawing set does not include a sheet S-401. Could you please confirm if this note is correct in refering to sheet S-401 and, if so, could that sheet be provided? Also, is the mezzanine meant to be free standing, or does it tie into the structural columns on the building?
The mezzanine is intended to be a free standing structure. Sheet S-401 is not included in the bid documents; References to Sheet S- 401 shall be superseded by S-505, which illustrates the framing of the mezzanine. See General Note 2, Sheet S-505 for PEB manufacturer requirements pertaining to mezzanine framing and design.

These spec sections call for R-19 roof and R-13 wall thermal insulation, however code is been R-30 roof and R-26 wall insulation. This is graphically indicated on the drawings but not specifically called out. Could you please confirm the correct R value for thermal insulation?
Provide R-30 roof and R-26 wall insulation as required by code.

Sheet S-505 general sheet notes 2. Sheet S-505 shows a platform for bidding purposes not for construction and to illustrate certain column placement and interaction between platform and cmu.

Per the wall details for fire rated walls, only 2 of the 4 walls are B1.
The other 2 have an E & D rating which are un-rated walls and doors. Should we price for all walls be fire rated, fire caulked etc.
Room 103 was a originally designed as a rated NFPA Sprinkler Room; upon further analysis by NAVFAC Fire Protection Engineers, this function was not required for this structure. Consequently, partitions B1 and A1 are no longer required to be 1-hour rated and associated fire ratings and fire stopping may be deleted from the project. Notes 25 & 26 on Detail A3/A502 may be similarly deleted.
Insulated partitions surrounding the office / toilet areas (shown shaded) are required to extend to the underside of the structure to the maintain thermal insulation envelope around conditioned spaces.
