About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for grounds maintenance and landscaping services at two Navy facilities in Norfolk, Virginia. The services required include mowing, edging, landscaping, irrigation, leaf removal, parking lot maintenance, road sweeping, stormwater drainage maintenance, and wetland seeding. The amendment provides responses to 38 questions from potential offerors seeking clarification on requirements such as the quantities of shrubs, trees, plant beds and irrigated areas to be maintained; mowing frequencies; road sweeping and parking lot maintenance schedules; and recommended wetland seed mixes. Maps of the areas requiring maintenance will be provided to the contract awardee. The modification does not change the solicitation response date.
