About this file
This document outlines criteria for denying access to Navy installations. It lists specific conditions or offenses that may result in denied access, including being identified in files for foreign fugitives, immigration violators, or registered sex offenders. Felony convictions for offenses such as rape, child molestation, espionage, sabotage, treason, terrorism, or other felonies within the past 10 years may also lead to denied access. Additional reasons include being barred from any Navy installation or having outstanding arrest warrants.
The related federal contract solicitation is for fire protection repairs at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads in Norfolk, Virginia. Offerors should review solicitation N4008523R2565 and all applicable attachments for proposal requirements and project details. The solicitation was issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
