PPI # Page Section Paragraph Question Responses
Note 16 on the Arch Floor Plans (A-101 to A-131) says to “Provide panels where damaged”. Please provide a quantity of replacement panels to include in our bid price or confirm that replacement of existing damaged panels will be paid for by change order since the quantity cannot be determined prior to bid.
Please see amendment 0003.
Note 1 on the new Reflective Ceiling Plans (A-150 to A-180) says to “Repair and Paint existing Ceiling Grids” where we are installing new ceiling panels.
To we only need to repair the damage that WE do to the Grid, or are we expected to repair all existing damage also? If we are to repair existing damaged grid, how do we quantify the extent of the damage?
Can you provide a quantity to allow for in our bids?
Please see amendment
There is an Overall Roof Plan on dwg A-181 but no work is shown. Please clarify if any roofing work is required for this project.
The work on the roof noted in this project is the replacement of roof exhaust fans, indicated on the Mechanical Drawings MD-130 and M-130 and elsewhere. This drawing A-181 is included for reference only.
Will all existing walls need to be painted? Please bid per RFP.
Are we to assume that all noted existing Gypsum wall board/Plaster ceiling needs to be repaired? If not, will an allowance be provided?
Please bid per RFP.
Is there a percentage or an allowance of existing ceiling grids that should be used when noting the amount of repair work.
Please see amendment
It seems that the HazMat Report ends on pg 128 of
190. The balance of the report, starting on pg 129, contains information about Stormwater Calcs, Soils Information, Structural Calculations, Special Inspections, and the cover page only for Appendix 7
– Fire Protection Design Analysis. Are all these extra reports part of the contract documents, or were they included in the HazMat Report by mistake?
Please see Attachment O-
NH95 FPR HAZMAT
REPORT- revd provided with amendment 0003.
Does the Modular Building become property of the government at the end of the project?
No, please bid per RFP.
Does all the Furniture that we need to provide in the Modular Building become property of the government at the end of the project? If so, what are we supposed to do with it before we remove the Modular Building?
No, please bid per RFP.
