About this file
This document contains a solicitation notice and proposal template for multi-media compliance services with an emphasis on fuel storage tanks, spills, air, and waste/materials. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington is seeking these services for locations in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C., with the potential to expand to other U.S. territories. The resultant contract will be an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity agreement with a minimum $50,000 guarantee and maximum $30,000,000 over five years and a six-month option period. Offerors must propose fully burdened hourly rates for labor categories involved in compliance projects for stormwater, drinking water, wastewater, air quality, hazardous waste/materials, storage tanks, environmental management systems, environmental liabilities, planning, natural resources, cultural resources, and installation restoration per applicable regulations. Evaluation will utilize a lowest price technically acceptable process for technical and price proposals. Individual task orders will normally range from $50,000 to $250,000 on a firm-fixed price basis.
