Section F - Deliveries and Performance
1. USS DELBERT D BLACK (DDG 119) ISRA SERM-506-24 must be complete and delivered, mission-ready, no later than 22 February 2025.
2. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Work on the vessel under this contract shall be performed at Mayport Naval
Station, Jacksonville, FL. The Government does not guarantee any particular pier access route as construction in and around the basin may preclude specific points of ingress/egress. Contractor vehicles shall not park in any prohibited space as vehicles parked in violation will be towed at the owner’s expense. All contractor vehicles requiring NAVSEA pier access must have a pier pass. All contractor vehicles shall be inspected prior to being provided a pier pass. Contractor vehicles without a pier pass shall be subject to an inspection prior to being granted pier access. Multi-day pier access passes will only be issued to eligible commercial vehicles. The process for requesting a multi-day pass remains the same with government sponsor requests sent to the Installation
Physical Security Officer. Contractors requiring multi-day pier access can receive a pass once vetted and inspected at Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station (48A) for the duration of the contract or 30 days, whichever is shorter. Contractor sponsors will be required to repeat the process every 30 days if the contract exceeds 30 days. The NAVSTA Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station (48A) is the primary location for inspection and pass issuance and is open from 0630 to 1400 Monday through Friday. After hours and on weekends, the inspections and pass issuance will be conducted at the NAVSEA Main Gate.
