About this file
This document contains two wage determination notices and a letter confirming fringe benefit rates for unionized crew members operating government vessels.
The wage determination notices from the Department of Labor apply to Department of Defense contracts with Crowley Government Services for operation and maintenance of five Maritime Prepositioning Force Bobo-class ships and one USNS Stockham ship. The notices adopt the collective bargaining agreements between Crowley and the Seafarers International Union locals, setting the wage rates and fringe benefits to be paid from April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.
The letter from Crowley to the Military Sealift Command confirms the aggregate fringe benefit contribution rates for unlicensed crew members on the six vessels. These include daily contributions to various union benefit plans and pension funds, ranging from $125.39 to $145.74 per person depending on the vessel. Vacation benefits are also outlined. This information is being provided to the Military Sealift Command for use in future procurements and market surveys related to solicitation N32205-21-R-4117 for operation and maintenance of the six Maritime Prepositioning Force vessels.
