EVALUATION FACTORS
This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR 13.5, using simplified acquisition procedures to procure commercial services. Consequently, this solicitation will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable source evaluation process.
Interested parties should address all of the following in their response. A proposal package shall be submitted which shall include, at a minimum, the following:
1. A company profile to include:
Company name, company address, company point of contact information (including name, phone number, and e-mail address), number of employees, annual revenue history, office location, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier, and current business size status under associated NAICS 484210.
Please verify that your company is currently active in the 8(a) program
Please note that under a Small-Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219- 14, the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work themselves in terms of the cost of performance. Provide an explanation of your company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in this SOW. Similarly situated small businesses may team together to meet the 50% requirement. If your company is planning to team with a similarly situated small business, the response must clearly identify the proposed team members and the capability statement must clearly articulate which portion of the work each team member will be responsible for. The response must be detailed enough for the Government to make a determination whether or not the proposed team will be able to perform 50% of the work when combined.
2. Signed conform copy of the latest SF 33.
3. Signed copy of the most recent amendment.
4. Capability Statement
5. Representations and Certifications demonstrating that the offeror is eligible for award.
6. Valid pricing for the anticipated LOE.
Please answer the following questions. The responses to these questions will aid the Government in determining whether a company is capable in performing the requirement, so it is important to address these areas with specific details.
