About this file
This document contains a draft non-disclosure agreement and information about a forthcoming solicitation for Department Level & Integrated Project Management/Schedule Development Support services. The non-disclosure agreement outlines restrictions on the use and disclosure of proprietary and pre-decisional data the contractor may access while performing under the contract. It requires the contractor to not disclose data outside the program office without permission, only use data to perform contract requirements, establish safeguards to protect data, and report any unauthorized use or disclosure.
The federal contract opportunity provides details about a planned solicitation for Cost Estimating/Analysis and Integrated Project Management support services for the Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Centers, and Naval Aviation program offices. It is anticipated this will result in a single-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract valued at approximately $463 million over five years. The solicitation is expected to be released in the third quarter of fiscal year 2018 as a non-performance based, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. Comments on the draft statement of work and sample task were due by March 16, 2018.
