SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES

The following have been modified:

SECTION B -- NOTES

Note 1: The Government’s Not-to-Exceed Ceiling amount for the Lot I and Lot II five (5) year ordering period and three (3) year option period is $486,952,035.00. This Not-to-Exceed Ceiling amount will be the shared ceiling on each awardee’s Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The pricing contained within Section B is to establish the shared ceiling per Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) at the basic MAC.

Note 2: Applicable to CPFF CLINs. The maximum fee to be proposed is 10%, offerors can propose less than 10%.

Each order thereafter will be capped at the basic MAC fee, or less if proposed. Subcontractor fee is capped at the same rate as the prime. Subcontractor pass-through is capped at 10%. Maximum Fee: Contractor compliance with the maximum fee rate is applicable at the time of task order award and is based on the ratio of fixed fee to the estimated cost. A proposed fee that is higher than the maximum fee rate shall render the contractor's proposal unacceptable.

Fee becomes a fixed dollar amount at the time of task order award and is subject to the provisions of the Level of

Effort clause of the contract (if applicable).

Pass-through: For purposes of calculating the pass-through rate, the pass-through rate is defined as the cumulative amount of the two elements listed below divided by the price paid to the subcontractor or the vendor:
