Questions and Answers

PLEASE NOTE that the Technical Data Package is provided only to those Offerors that successfully complete the Solicitation instructions at L.4.3.

Q71: The artwork provided via the model does not match the artwork shown on drawing SK101949. Please confirm that we should use the artwork provided in the model.

A71: The artwork in the model should be utilized.

Q72: Is there a way to request the RFP response date (sample shipment) be extended?

A72: No, the proposal due date (including bid sample) remains as stated in Amendment 0001.

Q73: Our primary concern is that the Q&A conflicts with the drawing package/models. The RFP states that if the unit doesn’t match the requirements, it will be found unacceptable. Does the Q&A override the drawings/models, or do the drawings/models take precedence over the Q&A? Or, will a new drawing package be released, along with adequate time to build the unit?

A73: A new drawing package will not be released. The questions that were answered should be sufficient to build this package successfully.
