Questions and Answers

Q14. Regarding the Common Access Card (CAC) detailed at the bottom of section C.4.1.:

Having investigated the Common Access Card (CAC), CAC.mil states that the contractor must be sponsored by a Trusted Agent to receive a CAC card. If a contractor has not had previous customers/contracts that utilized CAC, then there is not a way for the contractor to have CAC in advance of this contract.

Please confirm that having a CAC is not a prerequisite for submitting a proposal for the solicitation, but rather a requirement to be satisfied after being selected for award.

A14. Contractor employees having CACs is not a prerequisite for submitting a proposal under this Solicitation.
