About this file
This document contains a template for past performance references for a federal solicitation. The template requests information on previous contracts such as the performing contractor, customer name, contract number, period of performance, points of contact, contract type and dollar amounts. It also includes fields for listing key subcontracts, proposed personnel, and a narrative section to describe work performed, relevance to the current requirement, significant achievements and challenges, and performance criteria including target levels and achievements. The related federal contract opportunity notice indicates it is posting the correct solicitation number for a pre-solicitation notice regarding Synthetic Signature Generation Trainers previously synopsized under an incorrect number.
