| 3 | 15-Jun-21 | 993-21-001 | Errata 9 | Will the equipment in para 3.3.6 thru 3.6 be required for the entire availability or is there a timeframe that this equipment will be needed on-site? | Resurfacing is currently scheduled for April 2022 through the end of May 2022. All of the services and containment must be set up before arrival of the AIT. | |||
| 4 | 15-Jun-21 | 993-21-001 | Errata 9 | It is requested that the gov't specify the material type and vendor part number required for the reflective insulation in para 4.12? | So long as heat or A/C is provided as required, reflective insulation will not needed for this Spec. | 5 | 15-Jun-21 | Attachment S-9 | Please confirm that Attachment S-9 Past Performance Questionnaires must be submitted for all Past Performance contract submissions, regardless of CPAR status. | Correct. The S-9 Past Performance Questionnaires must be submitted regardless of CPARS Status. | ||||
| 6 | 17-Jun-21 | Attachment S-9 | Attachment S-9B (Past Performance Questionnaire) was included in the solicitation. However, these forms are generally only used when there are no CPARS available. Recommend making the Past Performance CPARS Reference form available as in other NAVSEA solicitations and requesting submission with offeror's proposal if CPARS are available. Where CPARS are not available, offerors should send Attachment S-9B to a previous customer who fills out then forwards to NAVSEA by proposal deadline. Attachment S-9B is a redundant effort if customer has already submitted CPARS. NOTE: Section L, Past Performance only references attachment S-9A (Iwo Jima) and not S-9B. | The Government does not intend to change the language at this time. The Offeror must complete the S-2: Past Performance Questionnaire in accordance with Section L, Para V.D.2. |
