Structural monitoring and associated reports being performed by the OEM are acceptable.

Comment: Support Equipment Question: Can we have a list of common support equipment (CSE) that is Government provided to understand what is considered PSE as a deliverable? It will also allow us to understand the equipment we will need to maintain. It is mentioned later in the PWS that the list will be provided during phase in execution, that data or a site survey would be recommended during the RFP stage to better understand forecasting PSE.
No, the Offeror shall propose all items needed to maintain the proposed aircraft.
The Government will post a list of potential CSE in the competition library. The contractor shall not assume use of existing government property to perform interim CLS services.

Will the Government consider a mission profile where "High Work Loiter" is conducted at a higher altitude suitable for better fuel burn rates?
