About this file
This is a Manufacturers List form for the City of Carmel, Indiana's Board of Public Works and Safety for the 116th Street and Hoover Road Roundabout Construction project. Bidders are required to identify the specific manufacturer for each listed equipment item in the spaces provided on the form. The project involves constructing a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of 116th Street and Hoover Road, including HMA pavement, curb and gutter, a shared-use path, an enclosed storm sewer system, lighting, landscaping, water main relocation, and raised crosswalks. Sealed bids will be accepted through the City's e-Procurement Portal until 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
Bidders must enter only one manufacturer name per equipment item, and failure to provide a manufacturer name for each listed item may render the bid non-responsive if such omission is deemed material. Upon contract award, each listed equipment item must be furnished by the named manufacturer unless specifically authorized otherwise. Equipment substitutions are permitted only with the Owner's prior written consent. Preliminary acceptance of equipment based on the manufacturer's name does not waive compliance with the project drawings and specifications; final acceptance will be based on full conformity with all specified requirements.
