About this file

This document contains responses to vendor questions regarding solicitation M67854-21-R-2053 for the Wired in the Defense Marine Analog Tactical Telephone.

The solicitation requires the manufacture and delivery of the MATT to provide a wired command and control communication capability that can operate in a point-to-point or point-to-multi-point configuration as a redundant system able to function in environments where radio frequency is denied or degraded. The responses clarify that the cost for operators' manuals and guides is included in CLIN 0004, provide definitions for terminology in requirements, and confirm call volume levels. They also specify contractor support needs for technical reviews and indicate the program schedule is to be included in the technical volume. The United States Marine Corps is the contracting agency.
