Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ)
1. Past Performance Assessment. In the distributed Past Performance Questionnaire, there was a discrepancy between the Performance Assessment Ratings (definitions) under Paragraph 4 and the ratings available for selection for the six elements in Paragraph 5. The Government is seeking updated ratings for the Assessment Elements under paragraph 5 (a-f) based on the revised selection ratings. These ratings align with the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
Please provide updated selections for Paragraphs (5)(a) – (5)(f); the appropriate subsections have been highlighted for your convenience. These updated selections will be filed with, and will augment, the previously submitted Past Performance Questionnaire;
therefore, information in remaining sections does not need to be completed again. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your assistance.
Your response is needed no later than 1:00 pm, Eastern Time, Tuesday, 24 April 2018.
If you have any questions, please contact the Contract Specialist via E-Mail.
