BLK 12 – Consolidated report shall be submitted 15 calendar days after the end of each quarter. The Government requires 15 calendar days to review and comment. Final report will be provided to the Government within 5 calendar days after receipt of Government comments.

BLK 13 – Subsequent submissions shall be submitted 15 calendar days after the end of each quarter ending in March, June, September and December. The Government requires 15 calendar days to review and comment. Final report will be provided to the Government within 5 calendar days after receipt of Government comments.

Product Drawings/Models and Associated Lists provide engineering data to support competitive procurement and maintenance for items interchangeable with the original items. This data represents the highest level of design disclosure.

BLK 10 – The Contractor shall provide an ECP for each modification or change.

BLK 12 – The Contractor shall submit the first ECP within 30 calendar days of formal request. Upon receipt of ECP, the Government shall have 2 calendar days to review an Emergency ECP, 5 calendar days to review an Urgent ECP and 14 calendar days to review a Routine ECP. The Contractor shall have 14 calendar days to resolve ECP discrepancies unless specified by the Government.

BLK 13 – Subsequent submissions, the Contractor shall submit the ECP within 30 calendar days of formal request. 1. THROUGH: Government Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO).

2. TO: Enter address of the procuring contracting officer or procuring agency to receive the submittal.

4. ECP/RFD No. Enter number of the approved change document (ECP/RFD) which authorized the change to the production line.

5. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: Provide brief description of change.

6. CONTRACT NO.: Provide current contract number.

7. MOD NO.: Provide contract modification number, which authorizes this change to the production line.

8. END ITEM AFFECTED: Identify model numbers of the vehicles this change affects.

9. PROPOSED CUT-IN: Identify the proposed serial number of effectivity cut-in, as provided on the approved change document.

10. ACTUAL CUT-IN: Identify actual serial number of effectivity cut-in for which this document is providing verification.

11. ACTUAL DATE: Provide date the actual effectivity cut-in took place.

12. QUANTITY TO BE PROCESSED: Provide number of vehicles to be affected by this cut in.

BLK 12 – The contractor shall provide the requested document within 90 calendar days after contract award. The Government requires 15 calendar days to review and comment.

BLK13- Subsequent record updates shall be submitted 30 calendar days as changes occur. Government requires 15 calendar days for review and comment. Final due 15 calendar days after receipt of Government comments.
